Congress shall annually review companies for size

Congress shall provide a check on corporate power by annually reviewing companies that pose a risk of stifling competition through acquisition and merger and/or through vertical integration. If there are less than 10 companies in any field, Congress shall invigorate competition through incentivizing start-ups and/or small companies already in the field.

Points

Anti-trust legislation is important to consumer protection and fair prices. Competition promotes better and safer products and services. Competition has been all but eliminated in our media, food system, technology and numerous other industries. Americans pay the price when there's no competition.
