Congress shall no longer rely on deficit spending to meet the needs of the country's budget. Whether raising taxes on the rich or cutting wasteful spending on the military, Congress shall not spend more than it takes in, and shall prioritize programs that support residents' basic needs, including public education, healthcare, housing and senior retirement
Congress had increased the national debt to astronomic levels. This has to stop. Every household in American has to live within its means, so too must the country.
